Acer are my first pc and laptop ... I love it because are new in design and features ... And I found really SAD that the new ACER VERO has a look like Apple 🍎 pc laptop 😔😢 ... . Guys don't be afraid of "Innovation skills and unique design " May it's not sale as water 💦 but on the long run will pay ... The youngest of this world are at moment lost by a virtual world in the net and a Lack of education to free they mind and find they self's ... This will be no longer , so Acer must be prepared to a " New hunger of BE AS I WISH " from Humanity ... Don't make a same mistakes of HTC which has a good run against SAMSUNG AND APPLE IPHONE until start copy them and people lost interest on the product . Now they try with VIVE and software are still looking old and bugs slowly... A flop announced . Wish all the best , with Acer till still ACER !!! 😢😔🙏🏾

Really, this good work should be promoted as to skill up your illiterate customer service as well. Finally, I had to reach consumer forum for a defective product that I purchased. I do not know the forum. Acer anywhere is acer for me. > On the first call, it was told to me that you need to buy an upstream cable. I was using the HDMI cable in the box. I bought one HDMI cable with eARC (Audio Return Channel). > I called Support again and this time they said to call customer care on a working day and a technician will work on the issue. > I called customer care today and I was told that this monitor does not have speakers as it is not mentioned on the Invoice Copy. (Attached is the invoice copy) Do Acer products work on Invoice copy? Or the Product Specification? A bad company with a bad customer service

they are lying we cannot upgrade by yourself i just buy acer laptop , and i was talking with rude assistant and he say if u do that you will lose warranty that was the wrost and rude assistant i ever talked i will never buy nothing else from acer

@@Acer im from Portugal and i was not going to make by my selfe i was going to take to the place that i buy the laptop ,and they got technician there they dont work directly for acer but its a upgrade not repair , and they say that they need acer primisson for that when i call assistant guy was rude i mean really rude and thats the people that represent acer here and now i see this video and u guys say " you can upgrade it yourself "
