Next Chronicled Wish Will be Broken! Characters in Chronicled Wish 4.7 - Genshin Impact

Hello everyone.
In this video, you will find out why there won't be a Chronicled Wish in the next update 4.6 and when to expect it next time.
Chronicled Wish in Genshin Impact is a temporary banner dedicated to a specific region, which appeared in update 4.5.
This banner includes both limited characters, Standard characters and weapons. The contents of the banner are based on the territorial affiliation of the characters.
For example, the first Chronicled Wish contained six characters related to Mondstadt - three limited characters and three standard ones.
This type of banner only appears periodically, so it is absent in some versions.
This may be related to earlier rumors that Chronicled Wish might be included in a filler updates - these are updates that release a minimal amount of content and, accordingly, provide very few pulls, approximately 50 per update.
Now this information has been partly confirmed because 4.6 is a not a filler update and will contain a lot of new content.
In fact, the developers acted quite unfairly towards the players regarding when this banner would appear. I understand if it lasted the entire update, but it only appeared in the first phase. And now players who pulled on this banner are just waiting with stuck pity.
The next filler patch is likely to be in update 4.7. But we still cannot say with certainty that Chronicled Wish will appear there.
In update 4.7, many players are currently expecting Chronicled Wish with characters specifically from Liyue. And the reason is very simple, most of the characters from Inazuma have already appeared recently, and there simply aren't enough characters from Sumeru for us to have this banner for them.
So the only choice is Liyue characters. But who will be there?
Under all conditions for inclusion in the version 4.7 Chronicled Wish banner, the following limited characters are suitable:
Ganyu, Yelan, Tartaglia, Zhongli and Hu Tao.
We can probably exclude Zhongli from this list right away, as he is an Archon. Although the rules do not explicitly state that Archons will not appear in this banner, the absence of Venti in 4.5 indicates this. However, Venti's absence can be explained by the fact that he was recently rerun, so theoretically Zhongli could appear in Chronicled Wish.
At the same time, Tartaglia is also questionable. He was released in Liyue, but he himself is from Snezhnaya.
Standard characters related to Liyue include: Qiqi and Keqing.
It is noteworthy that Shenhe, despite her long absence in banners, does not meet the conditions of Chronicled Wish, as she has only had two banners: release and one rerun. This means that you will most likely have to wait for her limited banner.

Definitely on 4.8 since 4.7 is main story (dainsleif is appeared). Those filler patch might appear if (no new map, no new main story like archon quest, the twins quest, these type of patch only have fewer quest, fewer mini game) Filler patch is like the very dried patch before we encounter so many heavy quest in next patch For example: 4.5 (it only appears new character, but no main story quest and no archon quest also no new map). If we can see this, we can conclude that 4.8 will be liyue chronicle banner since it's our last patch of fountaine and adding new map for (summer vacation) is only a filler before we entered natlan. 5.3 will be inazuma chronicle banner since (5.0 -5.2 are introducing natlan and their archon) So, we can conclude that either 5.6 or 5.7 will be sumeru chronicle banner. Either skip 3 patch, or 4 patch for filler banner. U guys can check when is our filler banner in past of genshin quest so we can predict when this chronicle banner appears. Keep an eyes of new map, new main story quest (dainsleif and the twins) also the archons quest since filler patch is appeared without them.

out of that list, Tortilla and Hu Tao are the only ones I don't already have, and I have quite a bit of a buildup for the next 5 star pity pull. Than again, while the first Chronicled Wish only had Mondstadt characters, and even before it's release, it was leaked as a regional banner, I'm not sure wether or not Mihoyo will keep to that or not with the next ones, as they'd have to add inazuma standard banner characters, and Dehya and Tighnari would be the only Sumeru standard banner characters, similarly to Keqing and Qiqi being the only Liyue ones, meaning 1 less standard slot, which would possibly mean 1 more limited slot being included. Honestly, I could totally see them combining Liyue with Inazuma, than later Sumeru with Fontaine, just to make sure that they have standard characters on every banner, to make it less appealing to pull on this one, as mathematically speaking, these banners are worth more for players who miss multiple 5 stars from them, while being long time players who have the standard banner ones. I for one still miss Dehya from the standard banner, even if I've been here very long....

In my opinion, we might not see a chronicled wish until 5.? since .7 is usually when the interlude chapters come out(for example the 2.7 interlude), and in .8 there’s always a huge event that lasts roughly half of the patch. So I predict maybe 5.1, if there’s no major events. I doubt they’d do it in 5.0 due to Natlan’s release.

Depends on what Hoyo determines 'recent banner run'. If Liyue banner is in 4.7, definitely not since he's in 4.6. If Zhongli is on Liyue banner, than we know archons are included, and it has to be longer than 4 patches since Venti wasn't in Mondstadt CW and it was exactly 4 patches after his most recent run.

No. They are 2 completely separate entities. Separate pity and it has a Fate point system, meaning that if you lose and not get another 5* (guarantee), then the next time the Chronicled comes, you lose your guarantee.

I think the next group will be Ganyu, Hu Tao, Keqing, QiQi, Childe and Xiao. While Childe isn't officially a Liyue character he is more associated with the region than with Snezhnaya. Also, I picked Xiao over Yelan because I think Yelan is a higher earner and will be kept on the Limited Banner for one more cycle. Xiao ran with Xianyun, but I don't think we'll see the CWB until 4.8, so enough time will have passed for him to reappear.

pity does carry over but fate points dont for example you pull 60 times & on the 57th pull you get a 5 star and lose your 50/50, and then don't pull on the banner after that. you will have 3 pity on the next chronicled wish, but you won't have a guaranteed

If they really did a Liyue chronicled wish, they would make a fuck-ton of money (Esp from me, need me an Yelan and Zhong) So i only hope they realize how packed and juicy that Liyue pay-day would be.
