In today’s video In today’s video we are doing some next level acrylic pouring and I was inspired by a geode I saw and decided to try to create one with acrylic paint but this time in Greys and silvers. This creative process is not only healing for me but allows me to express my desire to create and help others. I hope that you enjoy coming along and painting with me! I am going to show you how to use my method of doing this acrylic pour.

Once again, wow wow wow!!!!! I always get so excited when I see you have a new video up, but when it's a geode one, the whole family comes to sit and watch it with me as they are so incredibly beautiful 😍 I am going to prep my paints tomorrow (following your recipe, ty for that 😊) so that on the weekend I can try them myself. Beyond excited!! As a sufferer of PTSD, anxiety, depression and fibromyalgia I just wanted to thank you so much for bringing sunshine into my life and for the inspiration to paint. Art certainly is theraputic. I hope you are doing well too. Sending sunshine and positive vibes from Western Australia 😊☀️🌼

You will get better each time you try, here’s a hint that you don’t see in the videos. I wait about 15 minutes after the pour happens to apply glass. That wait the paint has just about finished settling and is starting to thicken up. That way the glass lines can follow lines in the work without the paint flowing past it as it settles. I hope that makes sense. You can do it Chelsey!

If you're using TLP paints mate, have you thought about using something from their SUP range? They're colour-changing, ultra pearlescent, and I reckon they'd go fantastically on your geode paintings... 🤔 🍄

Gorgeous!!! I absolutely LOVE your work & watch you often! Per your question about the consistency of your metallic paints... I am still fairly new at this type of painting & still learning, but I love metallic paints so try to work with them often. I had the same issue with the consistency. I can honestly say MY best remedy to date has been Glu-All. Basic, cheap, school aisle Elmer's Glu-all & a lil water. Not sure if this helps but I "felt your pain" when I heard the question! Please continue teaching with your amazing work! Thank you for sharing your talent.

You will never lighten up several heavy metallics to the same consistency as the other paints. You have to make all the other paints heavier! Especially, the base, or pillow. I'm experimenting with refrigerating the metallics right up to pour.
