Order an Ola and pray from god the scooter won’t break down. If it does your scooter would be in service centre for couple of weeks. They are making best scooter in terms of looks and specifications. However the only thing they need to improve is after sales service.

Alert! paid batch of ola in comments section. 1. Improve service.... Yes service is same old not improved yet as claimed by paid batch. I am facing the problem. My scooter s1x 3kw handed over 3 weeks ago not yet returned. 2. Atleast respond to the calls of who paid thousands of rupees by buying your scrap. 3. Don't reply by chat bot... Instead allot real human beings who can clearly understand the pain of a customer. 4. Instead of marketing heavily reduce the spare parts cost... People will market for your scooter. Selling parts at 3xtimes of what they available in market. Yes if we buy from local market the warranty won't applicable. Finally guys I agree that their scooters are comparatively at low price BUT service also cheap. From a regretted S1 X user😢.

Launching is not important. most important is to get proper service at service center and give satisfaction to customer. Customer have a very bad service experience from Ola. So CEO must concern this big customer problem.

In Bangalore lot of Hyper chargers are not working. If you start paid service then also ok... But it should work... Depend on Hyper charger only i bought S1X 4kwh but now i need to carry charger with my every time and search for Charging point...
