@@reimobile the only reason i thought about getting the raikage was because i have 71 fragments, thats pretty much it, and i thought 91 scrolls (15362/162) would be enough to get the last 29 fragments.

Also I dunno if this is only for VIP but to play as much online ranked as you can to increase your level monthly, so when the month ends you get some free scrolls depending on how high you are. That way you'll have a few extra scrolls at your disposal
