I like how you say powermods has items and then you also mention the company that makes them. Not all businesses do that sorta thing. Lots would have a person think you can only get certain items from them.

Well everything breaks but these have 6 months of testing in nasty conditions and by some riders who push the boundaries more than you and I ever will...no breakage. I'll let ya know if they do break

The skidoo rail scratchers work better and they don't break in reverse, You can mount them on any sled just about.
@PowerModzOfficial5 жыл бұрын
ok so you've tried these then what didn't you like about them?
@sixdaiz5 жыл бұрын
@@PowerModzOfficial On skidoo ones they have two coils going forward and backwards so they don't break as easy when using reverse. Aswell the skidoo ones flatten out at end so they spray more snow.
@PowerModzOfficial5 жыл бұрын
@@sixdaiz these are reversible as you can see in the video - the skidoo scratchers are installed at the back of the tunnel.....I think that placing scratcher near the front of the skid would be more effective right?

@@PowerModzOfficial the rail scratchers go in front.. the tunnel scratcher go in back

They have two sets they offer, most just run rail ones but if your really riding long ways you can get tunnel ones aswell.

So how do these keep your sled cooler?
@carterlarson98145 жыл бұрын
matt taylor kicks snow up into the track to keep the hyfax and shit cool
@quincee33764 жыл бұрын
Liquid cooled snowmobiles have " heat exchangers" above the track and when snow hits the exchangers it helps keep the engine from overheating. Sometimes going on hard packed snow the heat exchangers don't get enough snow. Usually you just ride into some deeper snow for a bit and it will kick up more snow but sometimes that deeper snow isn't available.

At this time I'm not into trail riding for long distances I see the allure but I'm more into backcountry. there will be a day I'll be riding trails more though. I think it's from years of riding 130 kms each way on the worst trail imaginable to my remote cabin....hella hard on the body. thanks for watching!

Ain't nothing wrong with disliking trail riding. I used to trail ride and there are too many idiots out there who can't stay on their side of the trail. Every ride you can count on a close call with some ya-hoo on my side of the trail thinking he's trying out for the next Sno-X race. No thanks! More fun in the pow!
