I guess u have never given upsc examination,, be it sc st obc everyone has to go through the same grilling process same optionals same questions same panels in interview board,, the only difference they get is final marks of 30-40 so be it general sc st or obc everyone has to equally study it's not that quota bhnnu bitikai u get different set of question paper
