I love this podcast, I totally understand what she is saying. I've had the same experiences and my first death experience was when I was 18 months old. I could see ghosts, see visions of future events, I feel people's emotions. Unfortunately, it turned me into a loner and never could fit into any type of relationship. One of the adult near death experiences was a head on collision on the freeway at 65/70 miles an hour. As I saw it coming, everything went into slow motion, a sense of calm and peace washed through me. I had no fear at all even though I thought I was going to die. My van was totally destroyed but I didn't have a scratch on me. I know there is something greater all around us, my life has been full of magical mysterious events

How do you explain stories I heard about people who warn about kundalini as the sakra can stay open and people are stuck hearing voices. That though scares me enough not to do meditation as meditation and yoga is known to awake kundalini spontaneously.
