Last night a thought/message came to me. When it comes to doing shadow work, we often hear about an issue they call codependency. They use that term, as an unhealthy issue and then it dawned on me that it's a term misused, because let's face it, we are all innately codependent. We're supposed to be. We depend on mother earth, we depend on the sun, the moon, the ocean and especially each other for mental, emotional and physical survival. We are all herd animals and we depend on each other for love, learning, food, manufactured goods, medicine. We are codependent and it is absolutely normal even necessary to keep the energy flowing. Psychology needs to start to make it clear if they're speaking of unhealthy codependency or use a different new term for it, because just pointing out codependency, as a bad thing will make healthy codependent people question themselves. Codependency, yes, we do depend on each other for love, growth and evolution.

You speak of the 12 step program and on 2 occasions now some outside force has had me throw my drugs in the garbage. Unfortunately on both occasions I relapsed. This time how-ever it was me who walked into the program and I'm happy to say I'm 21 months clean. You also speak of finding yourself through the 12 steps and I as I understand know today that drugs was only the smallest of my addictions my real addiction was money. When I put peoples safety and security at risk I truly turned into a monster. Thankfully I was able to slay that monster.

I’m tired of the complaining and gossip that people love to discuss, yet I’m not confident enough to start real conversations. I so desperately want to ask people, as Christian Sundberg says, “how are you handling the constraints of this construct?” “How are you handling life,” “what’s it like for YOU?” I WANT to have these conversations but am not ready, or rather not fully embodied with my True Self enough, to start these conversations.

What helped me was anime. It drove my curiosity and creativity. It opened me up to philosophy, psychology, and spirituality. It drove me to question more and challenged my perceived notions. I wasn't getting this from my surroundings and overtime i realized you have to seek it out yourself. Anime is what worked for me. For others it maybe somthing different.

For once Im kind of lost for words. The transmission of source Sidders blasts out is incredible. 45.55 mins in, the Am I alone in the Universe thing ? I think I always had that feeling so that was pure Deja Vu for me. So hard to convey across to physical the true intent and meaning but she does an excellent job. Words sometimes do not exist to explain. .Also words can have both meaning and also no meaning at all. She is gorgeous btw also stunning in fact I would say with those dark brown eyes, like some Brunette Helen Hunt in her younger days.
