I’ve never heard anyone mention this. But The Xfiles was my favorite show in the 90s. I remember clearly living with my boyfriend and his dad in this specific house in 1992 and watching Xfiles. But if you Google it it says first episode aired 1993 or 1994… by 1993 we had moved to our own house and had our son. But I definitely remember watching that in the first house I’m referencing.

I absolutely remember the report that Jane Goodall was murdered and years later I was confused to see she was not. Yes, it is Costco :). If you build it, they will come...for sure. So many of what you mention are changed. I am in my 70th year and have the older memories. How interesting this is.

I think these effects in memory are happening because we are actually moving between different possible realities. Same reason you lose your keys, then they are right where you just looked. I think it is happening all the time, but we don't notice because most of them are so similar that it feels like we are in the same one.

Yes, Ed McMahon,"If you build it, THEY will come." referring to the players who come and the people who pay, saving their farm - it's one of my favorite movies, I've watched it at least 10 times. They do later in the movie say, "...HE will come," at the end referring to his father. My big one is The Bernstein Bears. The spelling has has changed and the authors have said it hasn't. My kids are grown now, but I read those books to 4 kids. We all remember...

I’m 63 and remember the cornucopia on my Dad and Uncles tee-shirts and underwear because back in the 60-70’s it was my job to iron EVERYTHING and I even ironed the labels down, always noticing that pointy basket with fruit falling out! I just finished watching this podcast and it was amazing! Addressing the Mandela affect, you mentioned Jif (peanut butter) and then mentioned Jiffy. When Jiffy was mentioned I immediately thought of Jiffy Pop popcorn and wondered if that was the connection that you were making. Interesting how one word conjures different references. In the Field of Dreams, it did say both. If you build it they will come And later in the movie after it was built, when the actors were talking about Kevin's dad it was said to him,If you build it he will come. I have watched the movie at least 50 times. I love it so much.

The death of Gene Hackman in approximately 2009 or thereabouts. I specifically remember this because he was the favorite actor of the guy I had been dating. When he died I was thinking I should reach out and offer my condolences. Apparently he’s still alive in this timeline.

I noticed Cosco just the other day too and noted it had changed from Costco … it is also interesting that my autocorrect on my phone favours Costco over the Cosco I just typed! Autocorrect is rising up against the Mandela Effect … or hasn’t caught up 😂

I was putting off watching this episode because of the words “before it’s too late” thinking it was gloomy. But it kept popping up. I’m watching it exactly when I was supposed to because the synchronicities from what I’ve watched, experienced and thought in the past day and what these two are saying is blowing my ever lovin mind.
