I am of Indigenous Australian decent, proud Yamitji from North Western Australia. Ive been lucky enough to grow up on my spiritual land and experience an ancient connection that every human can has access to. We've just been distracted by things that do not matter. I work, drive a car, have a mortgage, im aware I to consume. A recent traumatic experience had completly crushed my human being and almost drowned in self doubt. My spiritual being though was elevated to a place I felt was always there but would take years of meditation to attain. Within 3 days of truly searching who i was as a human. I reached a level, through unconditional love and acceptance that people dedicate years of their lifes searching for. I can now see behind the veil on a plantery level, Im hopeful, though concered for the human race. I cannot explain this, to feel completly at one with myself is an experience no amount of money could attain.

Considering that no life of significant complexity even existed until roughly 4 billion years after formation of the planet of 4.6 billion I don't think that the total history of the planet really matters. Even then it took another 200-250 million years for the earliest progenitors of mammals called synapsids to appear in the fossil record. The survival of our synapsid progenitors against all odds through the Great Dying, all the way through the age of the dinosaurs and the Cretaceous extinction event that ended the dinosaurs too is likely what led to the incredible ability of mammals to adapt to so many different environments - the evolution of primates incredible brains is just an extension of that adaptability which led to us being able to not just adapt to new environments, but to be able to control them too. Had synapsids stayed larger through the Great Dying and the age of the dinosaurs they likely would have simply died out in the extinction event that killed the dinos too.

Mr Carson. I'm a 55yr old and listening to you have put so many jigsaw bits together for me. I've had the same beliefs from 14yr old as still do now. It's like Chinese whispers and the Catholic Church have books about in the 4th century how they decided to manipulate the little truths here and there into what we are led to belive now. Thank you so much. If we drop the 2 words God and Religion and replace with Love and Spirituality

I think the truth is so big, we cannot comprehend it in this world we are in, so we have our religions and our various Gods just to be able to survive the difficulties we encounter. Billy , I agree totally with you about why people are zealots. Anyone who believes they have all the answers is probably not 100% correct, but only partially at best. I love listening to people who have questions !
