Howdy Albies! Wow what a beautiful journey! Thanks to Tom for hosting Landie and your friendship! Epic!

Forgot to say on the first NZ vlog that the soundtrack was great, again on this vlog. It makes the whole vlog experience so cohesive. This type of thing must consume so much time as well as the filming & editing. So thanks for that guys. What a cool way to travel, Tom on his new bike, you two in Tom’s defender with Nick calling out expert biking advice to Tom from Jerry’s window, and also wading into river to help with the bike rescue. What a marvelous partnership the three of you have forged. That and NZs varied and spectacular scenery made this an A* episode 😊

you know...New Zealand has always been a place I want to travel. So glad you went and that Tom, being the generous friend and all around amazing Kiwi, lent you Jerry for the time you were there. Your beautiful video of the south Island makes me want to move there or at least spend a year there...if they will let me. It is so diverse...it reminds me of where I live...but so many less people. Thanks again Mathilde and Nick and Tom too for the beautiful episode!❤

A year yeah right go for that long and you will never leave, It is that good and either island have their plus points the North Island where else on Earth can you Water Ski and an hours drive away Snow Ski on the same day. South Island a bit colder but amazing range of scenery and things to do and see and a bonus Australia is but a short flight away for between both Nations you can see pretty much anything the world has to offer except some animals are restricted to the Zoo's but with the Western Plains Zoo at Dubbo in NSW Australia it is like going on a n African Safari animal wise

Wow you two really made the most of your adventure. Well done! What a lot of people don't realise is that the South Island is quite a sizeable island -- bigger than England -- and you can see it in the landscape. Next time you'll have to explore the magical North Island as well which has its own charms and is far less touristy (with the exception of Rotorua of course). BTW, a thing to note for casual observers is that some locations, particularly around Queenstown/Lake Wakatipu, do require special authorisation and a flight plan for using drones (just in case they want to replicate this style of footage when they visit).

So pleased that you saw some sun while you were here. One of the coldest that I remember. There are no dangerous spiders and snakes because the sandflies ate them all. Great to see you exploring some of our hidden gems (and some not so hidden). Paragliding down the mountains is perfect for sore knees. Just ask Melanie Gruenwald. Hope the back surgery and rehab goes well 💙💛

My two son's and I did an A J Hackett bungie off Skippers Bridge back about 1998 - retrieval from the bottom was via a line dropped down through through a pulley and tied to a Land Rover Series 1 with a spotter yelling 10 m, 5 m, 2 m, stop!!! Absolutely stunning location.
