The first item was a knife, possibly with a scrapper on the end. I would guess without holding it that it is a tonto blade. The second item is a file and not a nail file. It is possible it has two different cuts since it's double sided. One side may be for wood and the other for metal. The 4th item you called a scrapper with a bottle opener. Though the bottle opener is correct that is a flat head/straight screwdriver. It looks like a cool tool. If you use it the way the tools are ment to be used it may last you. It does look as though it may be durable. I am a little disappointed that the tools fold outs don't lock into place. Be carful while using.
