Nice, I made a Snake clone too once. It's a pretty good way to learn stuff.

Nice Snake game! A few months ago I also made a Snake clone in Java haha. What library are you using for graphics?
@nextProgram4 жыл бұрын
Cool! I'm just using JFrames to display the graphics

What a coincidence! I was making a snake game about 3 months ago too. Except it was just a boring snake game and nothing special about it. Really admire your ingenuity Mickey!

Cool, thanks!

This actually clever. I'm mad I didn't think of this when making my first game, which was snake. Or tetris. I don't remember actually XD

By the way I think the video would be smoother if you edited in some pictures as you talked and/or actually showed the programming progress instead of just explaining the final version. Not critisizing you, just giving advice :)

This might be a bit over the top, but what if the game forced you to take the shortest path to the apple by forming the walls around the path. it would be like when the apple spawns in the corner but 100x worse every time. Also you are most certainly one of my favorite youtubers now, out of 126. I need to clear out my subscriptions.

Carter Alansky that’s a really good idea actually. I think that game would suck to play though haha. And thank you, that means a lot! Hope to see you around, I’m posting a new video tomorrow!

This is so cool man Can you release the source code for it? That way alot of us can use it to learn how to improve our own versions plus it would be fun to play this

wow thats awesome, i got stuck in making the snake grow everytime it eats the apple. can u help me, i use unity C# by the way
@nextProgram4 жыл бұрын
M. Pravin I think I basically added a new snake unit to the array, set its position to the position of the final unit, and then update the snake by setting all of their positions equal to the previous one in the array
@m.pravin45034 жыл бұрын
@@nextProgram finally after big fight with c# I figured it out 😁✌️. Thank you
