The Next Gen nclex just started and I just failed the exam on my second attempt, I cannot begin to articulate the level of embarrassment and heartache I'm feeling right now, I'm confident that I will be a good nurse too. I just need to get past this too and move on.

Hi for the last question. Answer D said: assist the client SHORTLY after delivery. Wouldn’t the patient be a little unstable shortly after delivery? So I’m confused why the UAP can help with that. Just asking because I’m a little confused

I think it's because the question said the patient is 1 day postpartum but I can see your confusion if you didn't catch that part
