You can use any ney, the intervals between notes are the same. Check with a tuner and slowly you will get used to the fingerings and remember what note each one produces. I believe on a "D" ney, the first note in Maqam Ajam played as in the video, would be F.

FYI the Turkish maqam Çargah is not a thing. It was completely made up by theorists. There does exist a true Çargah maqam that was rarely used, but it has nothing to do with the made up one.
