the echo of her voice in the song makes me feeling like i'm lost somewhere where,somewhere very alone looking for an answer to tell her , but i can't even find her nor finding the answer, while got no explanation even to myself , i could listen to her and live lost in her voice than living in this world which is full of lies ..etc . my respect from Morocco .

Very nice ... but this is not a poem by Fadwa Tuqan, it is a poem by Salma Khadra Jayyusi dedicated to Fadwa after her brother, Nimer Tuqan, died. It was published in the literature magazine al-Arabiya over 40 years ago. Salma - my grandmother - heard this song this morning and it made her very happy. It would be great if you could attribute the lyrics to her... salamat
