SEMINA MAIS 2K19 | JD 5720 + Seminatrice pneumatica di precisione GASPARDO MT 4 ROWS | TEAM STIVALE

Salve a tutti ragazzi e buon sabato a tutti e ben ritrovati sul mio canale!!!
Dopo una settimana tornano i video e torna la semina del mais stavolta dal team stivale col loro John Deere 5720 abbinato ad un 4 file di precisione Gaspardo.
La semina avverrà in un appezzamento dalla grandezza di 23 ettari, lungo 900 metri e largo 500, ed è situato in località Santa Lucia di Roseto Degli Abruzzi.
Questa semina del mais sarà un po' diversa da tutte le altre perché oltre alla semplice semina del mais verrà anche spruzzato un diserbo localizzato sulle file del mais. Come vedrete all'inizio del video, nella seminatrice oltre che ai sacchi di seme, verrà versato anche un liquido sul serbatoio anteriore, che andrà a costituire il classico diserbo localizzato sulle file del mais.
Botte anteriore per diserbo, Gaspardo Unigreen dalla capienza di 6 q.li di erbicida sottoforma di liquido quindi.
La botte viene azionata idraulicamente per far sì che il diserbo giunga nella seminatrice tramite alcuni tubi che trasportano il liquido dentro la seminatrice, in modo che esso poi potrà fuoriuscire proprio al di sopra del disco di semina.
Per quanto riguarda invece la seminatrice, essa è una Gaspardo MT 4-ROWS, 4 file, distanza di 0,75 cm e 2,50 metri di larghezza.
Ha una capienza massima di 300.000 semi, perché in ogni singola vasca ci entrano 3 sacchetti con 25.000 semi, moltiplicati ×4 vasche il risultato è 300.000 semi totali di capienza seminatrice. Inoltre viene inserito anche un erbicida nelle 2 vaschette poste nella parte alta della seminatrice, con una capienza massima di circa 15 kg di insetticida in polvere.

Anche il seme di mais trattato è stato prodotto dalla syngenta come l'insetticida.
La seminatrice viene azionata dalla PTO innestata a 540 rpm.
Durante la semina i seme vengono fatti cadere a terra grazie ad un disco bucato che ruota, e catturato il seme dentro i suoi buchi lo trascina con sé fino a quando quel buco contenente quel seme non tocca terra e quindi il seme si lascia cadere. Tutto questo meccanismo avviene su tutte e 4 le file.
Il mezzo lavora in gamma B in seconda marcia, con una velocità di circa 5 km/h, con un regime motore di 1500 rpm, e 470 rpm di presa di forza.
