@Dave31253 I remember Keano got 2 Captain psycho Pearce got 2 Woan and Parker got 1 each and think Cloughie jnr got 1 Damn that hurt the old brain I had a good friend who was Chelsea through and through born round the corner from the Bridge sadly he died couple of years ago from cancer But he was in total denial that Forest ever won 7 nil V Chelsea He would just not have it So at his funeral bought this massive blue and white wreath Took some getting I can tell you I put a separate little card in with the other tributes which said FOREST 7 V 0 CHELSEA With a smiley face drawn on I remember them singing the song And to think less than 2 years later Forest relegated Cloughie retired That was a tough one But now we are back with a vengeance Thanks for that memory Sorry I rambled on rather Be lucky ♥️🏐🥅⚽🏆🏆⭐⭐

As a West Ham supporter of 51 years this year, I was living in Adelaide South Australia when Forest came to visit our then city in the 90s. They were at the old Myer building in Rundle mall, It was packed when I went to see them. It was such a great experience for me to see and witness such a great team.

From David Forest supporter of many years now 48 actually I'm of an age where I saw Forest take the old 1st division by storm A fabulous rivalry with that great Liverpool team who won 4 European cups between 77 and 84 Forest won 2 of course and not forgetting Villa It was a brilliant time to be a kid watching all that Trevor Francis R I P ❤ was my boyhood idol That million pounds move from Brum Then he scores the goal that gets us the 1st European cup Remember that like it was last night I was 10 Sorry I digress After the defeat to Bournemouth I was a bit worried as to how that would affect the season so far but I needn't have worried unduly because we had this 7 goal secret weapon up our sleeves And to have only about 30 % of possession as well is quite extraordinary Woody has 17 now he's been superb and MGW just rules the pitch That 50 yard pass across the park sublime Forest are now at a much higher level now and must stay up in the top 6 minimum!! Champions league ? NUNO - The Special One. Why is he not considered as top division material? I mean, I know he is reserved and calm but surely his track record speaks for itself? Im not even a person that analyses every single detail of the Premier League. I am very fixated on the league, love the game and watch with a keen eye. Nuno stood out long ago. Especially how unassuming he appeared to be. Good grief, Forest are so well drilled and organised it can only be his direction, coaching, tactical approach, passion, relationship with players and overall confidence that is making Forest this good. It reminds me a bit of Leicester City when they won the league, with different players in totally different positions suddenly all clicking and in form at once. I wonder if it is just statistical randomness, that X amount of players will hit form X amount of time, and sometimes by chance the stars align and that happens all at once, or is it good man management, or is it contagious confidence, or is it players thriving off each other's form, or a mix of those? I mean, the fact that Elanga, Gibbs-White, Wood, and Sels have all hit the form of their life at once is amazing, especially when Wood and Sels have never been at big clubs or looked like world-beaters at any point in their careers. And a number 9 in hot form can't really assist a goalkeeper's form that much. So it is quite unusual. Theories?

That has got to be the best team performance to date. Take Yates out the starting line up and replace him with a forward thinking number 6 and what happens? Dont have anything against Yatesy but he is a squad player at best. Wow have we missed Danilo. Get CHO back and we near enough full sqaud. Awoniyi getting sharper, Sangare back ( if anyone can get the best out of him, i trust Nuno ) and excelling in another formation suggests we do have a plan B. Big next 5 games coming up. Lets enjoy this season and whats to come.
