Great work man. Im a private massage therapist myself traveling to peoples homes and hosting at a studio here in NJ. Graduated from massage school in NYC about a year ago. How did you get to being able to treat professional athletes? Ive been wanting to do that myself

when you stretch the hamstrings, you can tell them ro relax , just to get the hamstring muscle
