I see your point but it also adds to the storyline/drama. Even though my team got shafted I''ll never forget the Raider/Pats tuck rule game. It was hard fought in the snow and the west coast team really should of ran off with it if it wasnt for that BS rule that now doesnt exist. and its part of winning on the road out of your comfort zone. You gotta earn that home field advantage or overcome the odds on the road.

I think basically what I meant is I understand home field advantage but in a snowstorm, or heavy rain, I feel we don't get to see the true athletes best play and it's more of a coin flip to whoever wins. I like home field but if weather is going to be 10 below zero with snow and a field harder then a brick, I think that's when they should have it in a neutral site.
