Peacock, just want to say I’m truly sorry to read the news on twitter. I don’t have twitter but I googled and saw. I lost my dad last October. It was really unexpected actually. Heart attack, and he was only 47. Honestly the hardest thing I’ve had to deal with personally. And I don’t think I handle it emotionally the way I should at times. I never saw a therapist before but I did after that. A couple other whacky things happened in my life too. I just remember one thing she told me was to avoid ignoring it & bottling it. Which I tend to do. But just try to celebrate and honor him as I can. You’ll probably do much better than I. But tell Leo stories about him from time to time ya know. Keep his story going for sure. Unimportant side note but he and I are big Dodger fans. Shohei Ohtani signed with the Dodgers very very soon after he passed. I was really heartbroken I couldn’t tell him they got him, and when they won the WS it was pretty meaningful for me personally. I know as a Giants fan that’s a mixed bag for you!😂 but yeah. Again sorry to hear the news. I hope you and your family do as well as you possibly can in a situation like this.

Firstly, condolences to Brian for his loss. Thanks for such a thorough answer to my hot seat question. I think the average # of coach openings each year is around 6.5 so 8 is actually not that far fetched. Thank you to Ross for picking up your teammate.

thoughts and prayers to brian and his family for what they are dealing with… but this should be the “ross and williamson nfl show” podcast going forward. ross is an awesome facilitator, get to hear more from matt (whos perspective is less biased and more well rounded than brians) and i would enjoy this show more if it were consistently these two guys.

Really? In the same comment you’re going to say thoughts and prayers for BP, and then criticize him and wish he wasn’t on his own show more often? You 100% should delete this comment. Unbelievably inconsiderate

this comment is in no way meant to be personal toward brian. i do feel for him in what he is dealing with, i understand loss and have dealt with it myself. this podcast product and dynamic is better in my opinion… maybe i was insensitive in combining those two thoughts, but in no way was i trying to be.
