First and foremost, thank you for all the content! Glad to see Occupy Fantasy back for the 2024 season. OK, question. For beginner DFS players, is optimal to start playing NFL DFS with Showdowns or Sunday's slates? Also, when using an 80/20 bankroll, which contests would you recommend. I do know from playing MLB DFS, it was hit-and-miss to get into a 50/50 contest because not all contests would fill. This cause me to play Double-Ups since I felt one needed to play as many as one could in H2H's to even out the variance. This would cause me to dip further into my allotted weekly budget. What are your thoughts and/or suggestions? Always, your content and commitment as always much appreciated.

Glad to have you back! I'd first recommend reading (or re-reading) our Ultimate Guide, since that answers most of your contest questions. It's probably optimal to start with Showdowns since it's less information to process (only have to focus on 2 teams instead of 24 teams on a Sunday classic slate). Good luck tonight!
