As a Packer fan, it was great to see those two together. A legend, and a future legend. Man the Packers really lucked out to get those two back-to-back.

Dont be talking shit about ARod, Im a bears fan and I have mad respect for ARod and how he can put the team on his back. Last year he was the most sacked qb and just about most pressured and everything you can think of and he still had an amazing season much like the last few.

What a classy guy. I know this is an awards ceremony and not the place to air grievances, but Manning still could've slipped something in as a little job to the Indy organization, and he chose not to. Don't see that kind of maturity in many superstars anymore (Michael Jordan's HoF speech is a great example).

Who cares who was better. Look at those few seconds. They show Aaron and Brett come out, then they show Montana in front of Young, then they show Peyton and Luck. The football we have witnessed in the past 20 years is some of the best that will ever be. Just appreciate it, because soon mediocre QBs like RG III and Keapernick will be the norm. The true field generals are fading into twilight

I never let him go, I understood why he did what he did. He wanted to keep playing and the Packers wanted to move to Rodgers. No one did anything wrong in my opinion. And I agree, right now I rank GB quarterbacks as: #1 Favre #2 Starr #3 Rodgers. Now I know in about 6 or so years, Rodgers will be #1, but that won't stop Favre from being one of my favorite players of all time.

Man its relieving to see packer fans embrace Favre again..at least acknowledge he is a Packer great again. This anti Favre bs really was annoying and stupid for a guy giving us 16 years of everything he ever had and fans callin him the traitor lol. Rodgers might win another sb or 2, but Favre is still my all time Fav. packer and IMO the best QB . No disrespect to Bart Starr.

I agree that Peterson should've won the award considering how he shattered the standards for ACL tear recovery, but I think it's something to be said that Manning's injury was not only career threatening, but life threatening. It may not seem like that considering the year that he had but anything concerning the head or neck (especially in the game of football) is nothing to take lightly. So I think Manning winning the award is justified.

I agreed w/ you until you wrote MJ's HoF speech. That was Michael Jordan being truthful and telling everyone what Truly Made Him Great. What Drove Him, What Made Him the G.O.A.T. NBA player. If you look at it like some kind of disrespect then you've got it completely wrong. His Speech was one of the Greatest Ever, because it was Real, Legitimate and not like the other 99.9% speeches.
