All the coaches are over 60 except Antonio Pierce. I believe the guard is starting to change when you look at what coaches are making it to the playoffs. Most are under 50. The Raiders are leaning into the old school Raider mentality, plus they have talent especially on defense.

@@scruffd0g193 No one knows that yet. We have at least a serviceable QB with Minshew, and AOC is better than what we had last year. And with the weapons, Jamarcus Russell could be the QB and we can win.

@@ChiefGore429 I kinda doubt they miss the playoffs without a bunch of injuries. They were 8-9 last year with Josh Mcdaniels and Jimmy G for the first 5 games or so. They now have one the best d lines in the entire league and better qb talent and significant upgrade at tight end. A young QB's favorite big target.

So teams were double teaming or even triple teaming Trav and no other WR was beating man coverage. Now as the season went on and Pat started to trust Rashee and he was beating man coverage now teams started to double team Kelce less cause Rashee is explosive. That’s what happened !!
