All these elite coaches in this cycle, harb, vrabel, bill, Pete, multiple playoff wins among them & the saints have the nerve to stick with Dennis Allen

Tom Landry didn’t win 12 games in 3 consecutive seasons because they only played a 14 game schedule for the majority of his tenure. The NFL adopted the 16 game schedule in 1978. Landry was HC from 1960-1988.

@user-tn8uu2cu8gno no no, I think you’re mistaken. We’re talking about Tom Landry

I can see Pete Carroll returning to LA and coaching the Chargers.

It seems pete plans to retire with the hawks, they've taken him on as an "advisor" whatever that means lol

I hope he doesn't go to the Chargers. I respect the hell out of Pete, but as a Raiders fan, I don't want a good coach for the chargers

@@iiiiiic9823Pete was fired. Don’t get it twisted. If he wants to coach he will leave. I hope he stays in Seattle and helps the Hawks until he retires! But I’m not foolish

How is Vrabel in the same sentence?

I think Pete Carroll might end up with the Raiders and I think Jim Harbaugh stays at Michigan, but if he does return to the NFL, I think it's the Chargers. That would mean in the AFC West it would be Pete Carroll (Raiders) vs. Jim Harbaugh (Chargers) vs. Sean Payton (Broncos) vs. Andy Reid (Chiefs) I don't think it will happen but it could happen, that would be bonkers.

How awesome would it be for Belichick to go to Tampa after they get rid of their head coach and wins a Super Bowl his first year exactly like Brady.
@Mooseman3279 ай бұрын
Bill is going to end up in either Atlanta, Philly, or Dallas. McCarthy and Sirianni had better hope they win this week.
@MrBezl9 ай бұрын
I think in the last few years it’s been proven that you need a gm and a head coach. Not one and the same. Two different dudes who are like minded and work together. Maybe even equal power but they have to work together and not give someone absolute power. Cuz we know what happens then

Brady is not the greatest player of all time. He is the best "super bowl" winning qb.

Bellicik and Carroll are both available but they’re senior citizens from a bygone era of NFL coaching. That’s why they’re unemployed now.

How long has this “say my name” gimmick been going on between Tom and Rich? They are purposely trying to shoehorn each other’s name into every response, right?

I don't care what color the coach is white purple yellow green or pink as long as they're not hiring them because they're a different color especially when we're talking about doctors and Pilots the great examples is are press secretary which we all know that she was not the most qualified for the job

The shackles of the new rules for hiring in the NFL are a form of slavery. Owners and management are no longer free to make decisions based on their vision for their team they've invested a billion dollars in. Ironic to say the least.

The teams want to hire blacks to get more draft picks. Dr . King didn’t preach for this.

Thankfully, the draft is color-blind.

It was way too hard for Bienemy to get a shot anywhere. It’s night and day with the Chiefs offense between him before and Nagy now. But besides that, I can’t think of a recent example of there being a race issue
@RyTrapp09 ай бұрын
Getting an extra draft pick or two is *NOT* worth hiring a coach you don't like over one you like. Frankly, it's a dumb "incentive" that almost certainly doesn't work because no one would be that dumb.

@@phillyfrak2462 I mean, they also lost arguably the best WR in football and they're the leading offense in drops too - I'm gonna say that plays a bit of a role as well(I don't think Bienemy was making dudes catch)...

nahhhhh youre thinking of too long ago my dude. If you look at the super bowl receiving core from last year vs. this year the only difference is Juju smith Schuster. And us adding the rookie breakout star rashee rice. Only other difference on offense is part of the line. Look at the stats of last year vs. this year on offense. Only real change was OC.@@RyTrapp0
