People don't realize Josh Gordon had DUDS throwing to him and he was able to put up 1600+ yards on 14 games. If dude could lay off drugs, he would've been a HOFer. I hate to say it, but it wasn't just weed. He went to rehab for coke and I could imagine that, along with one offs of other drugs, probably reduced his athletic ability. Truly a shame

@Chuck_Houck_Coop
@Chuck_Houck_Coop 4 ай бұрын
@@brobrochannel2387It's been rumored that the Patriots already had a deal in place with LeGarrette Blount who had just been released by the Steelers. Supposedly, Gray was only brought-up off the practice squad to fill the RB slot for a couple of games until Blount was ready, and the claim that Gray was being "punished" for showing-up late to practice was just an excuse for effectively benching a guy who'd just had one of the best games of any offensive back that season. Of course, with the BB Patriots, no one will ever know what the actual story was.

2017 Carson Wentz is the greatest QB I've ever seen. I actually feel bad for him because had he not gotten hurt, he might've been truly incredible. But the injury and then his backup winning the Super Bowl shook his confidence I think and he was never the same.
@CC-rb1yf
@CC-rb1yf 6 ай бұрын
He still had some decent numbers other seasons. Next season he was injured again but had 3000 yards in 11 games and 4000 yards in '19. '21 with Colts he still had 27 TDs but everyone only remembers them choking to miss playoffs. Hurts being drafted likely hurt his confidence more
@vinceventura4453

Saying any version of wentz even his best season which wasn’t even an mvp season is the best quarterback you have ever seen is such a try hard attention seeking comment . Wentz literally blew it every time the lights were bright he threw a pick , or fumbled the ball . No he did not have a good year for the colts you guys are repeating stats you did not watch the games , his stats always came in garbage time when the game was already lost and the defense could careless about you dinking and dunking down the field .
@ftdaj
@ftdaj 6 ай бұрын
@@vinceventura4453 His 2017 was an MVP season until he got hurt. You call me attention seeking then go on this tangent. You also talk about watching the games and not just looking at stats, which if you did, you would know that his 2017 season was elite, again, until he got hurt. I'm not saying he should've won MVP or anything. All I'm saying is that the first part of the season he was incredible. I may have exaggerated in saying he was the best I've ever seen, but I still think it was one of the best I've ever seen.

Gordon is real real dude, he was just as good as ur favorite wr, he just couldn't comply with nfl rules, meaning if u was in prison with him he'll dominate u everytime, some men can't comply with these rules the nfl upholds💯

Josh Gordon is a literal what if question personified. What if he could stop smoking weed? What if the NFL didn’t actually care about weed when he was playing? When I think back on how much time I spent following him as a Browns fan after that insane year. I weep, dude just could not get back on the field.

Josh Gordon refused to stop smoking weed. Ricky Williams did the same. I won't stop. Marijuana is not a drug. It's therapeutic

The NFL doesn’t even care about marijuana anymore. Unfortunate that they cracked down so hard on it back in the day

Lol hes a clown. I wanted to support his freedom to smoke, but it effected his earnings and future. There was no reason to keep smoking like he was. Imagine blowing like 100 million

The problem is-he wasn’t smoking it for therapeutic reasons. He was smoking it to drown out a lot of personal problems he had that happened in his life. They did an interview with him and explained why he was smoking.

History has shown why weed is a gateway and addictive drug. I’m not against it, as it is no worse than alcohol, but with so much on the line these guys couldn’t stop using. Now Gordon did a bit more than weed…
