Hard to believe season is nearly done. One thing I remember from last year, the two home teams on Christmas day both played badly, and looked badly out of sync (SF & K.C.). You touched on it last year where Christmas is unique where players are not used to playing that day unlike Thanksgiving where Detroit and Dallas have done so for years. It's hard to be at home that morning than need to go and play football. Plus both KC and Baltimore played on Christmas last year so they have been through it recently. I'll look to fade the two teams playing at home on Christmas (Thankfully I did so on Saturday and got better numbers thanks in part to what I've gathered watching this show). Teddy, how are these lines decided? Is it all computer models or is there a human element to it? Just seems odd games like Bears +6.5, Jets +2.5, yesterday for example don’t move at all despite hoards of cash pouring in on the other side. Feels like sports books taking a stand on bad numbers and getting burned week in and week out. Would appreciate any insight on how these lines are formulated or why there’s no movement despite big money opposing. Thanks!

When there is 'hoards of cash pouring in on the other side' but the markets aren't moving, it tells us clearly that there is wiseguy support for the team that doesn't have hoards of public $$ backing them. NFL lines -- like lines for every sport -- are largely formulated by the algorithms, but there is ALWAYS a human element in the equation, shading the number one way or the other. You've gotta be kidding me, I bet it at 13.5 because I knew and injured Saints dome team would Destroyed by Green Bay in Lambeau. How did I know this? Because I went to that Dolphins game on Thanksgiving. You have Experience that COLD, it's the Wind that Kills you. No Carr, Kamara, Hill, or Olave, How were the Saints going to score?

The weather had nothing to do with the results of the game. Packers are significantly better than the saints with a rookie QB. Even if the Packers played in New Orleans, they would still be able to win by double digits. The weather affects ALL players. So it's a useless angle/ stat when handicapping games.

The panthers/ buccs game is very easy to handicap. Just look at the margin of defeat by the panthers in road games, this season, BEFORE they played the Eagles. The panthers are getting destroyed by double digits in their road games. Bucc -8 is too low. They will steamroll the panthers. Buccs is easy money 💰

Belichick is a jerk! he’s just another average Coach. If it wasn’t for Tom Brady he’d be retired, why do people think he’s such a great coach? He had a great quarterback and anyone can see through stats what Brady accomplished . Without him the Patriots would’ve been just another average team. I used to hate the way he strutted around like a peacock making cocky statements like he was the key to the team ,he wasn’t. He was just an average coach with a great quarterback. So he quits the Patriots after Brady leaves why is that, because he knows that it was Brady, who brought him all his glory. He stuck around for a couple years only to prove to the world he sucked as Brady took a average team to the Super Bowl He was a stinking coach when he got there, and if it wasn’t for Brady, he’d back to a stinking coach. NC is just going to make an average coach rich. He’s almost 80! That shows his ego-he’s going to prove to the world hire much he really sucks! I can’t and never liked him! All you need to is Lucas record with Brady and without, and that will tell the whole story!
