No player is going to play a perfect game every time out at QB. Yet some fans want a rookie QB (Williams) to be perfect. People should compare him to other rookie QBs at this stage of their careers. Bears fans are so hungry for a winner that anything short of perfection isn’t good enough.

I think he has left them no choice but to fire him. He has made critical mistakes when the players were fighting to get back in games and to win games. But players have to play better as well. It's time to send him packing. Sad.

This HAS TO BE Caleb's worst year in football. There's a metal being refined In Caleb's being that's gonna get tougher and tougher and when he starts winning it's gonna be so much more sweeter.
