They will automatically appear in game after you purchase on the Marketplace. You may need to restart the game to get them to show up.

When you sign up on the Marketplace with your email it should link to your in-game account.

Yes, once you sell the card on the Marketplace you can withdraw that to your bank account.

Yes, you can sell cards that you pull. Once you pull it in game, it will automatically appear in your inventory on the Marketplace.

Do you mean the Myth tokens to spend on the Marketplace? If so, you have to deposit real money on the Marketplace website in exchange for Myth tokens. Or, you can earn a limited edition card in game and sell that on the marketplace to earn some Myth tokens.
