You can’t go without a playoff win for several years and then also not even making a conference championship when you had Big Ben,Bell, and Brown. Steichen is just a projection ranking and Demeco could establish himself right now as better than Tomlin

@@Hairbuddy what happened to most of those players after they left? They unraveled mentally or physically. Tomlin hasn't had competitive talent in a while. He still gets his team to play hard and win. Why have a list with your number one out of it. He probably forgot and was trying to save face. A projection based on 1 year is basically a guess.

And yes the Steelers aren’t as talented as they use to be, but he was the coach then too. And he wasted the last of Big Ben’s years. If Andy Reid can be let go of Philly then Tomlin can be let go by the Steelers after all the disappointment

Giants made a mistake paying Jones so their roster got pushed back a year. But by next year the roster should shape up pretty well. There’s a lot of young potential in the team and if they’re able to get a young qb they should quickly become a good team. They already have a proven coach who’s very good I mean they had the second or third worst roster in football last year and somehow managed to pull out 6 wins and were a few plays away from 10. Realistically that was a 3 win team at best. This year they’ll probably win 7 games and by next year they should be a playoff threat

You are missing some critical factors - culture, detail, player development and position coach hiring. These are as, if not more important for building long term sustainable success. So i don't know how many more times i need to say this, but The Giants "didn't lose Saquon" We let him go!... The Giants as an organization did not believe he was worth 13 million per year. He's a 27 y/o RB and has only played 3 full seasons in his 6yr career. He's been hurt the other half. No matter how good he was at times... he's so far, only an average RB. The Giants had bigger need at other positions, I'm sure that Singletary will have stats that are as good or better than what we had with SB.... and he's half the price.
