They'll have plenty of money for both. No matter what fans will never understand NFL salary caps. There's ALWAYS money to sign your players. Actually, resigning your own players creates more room upfront not less like it does in other sports. It doesn't help fans understand when the media sites contracts like Dak n Cee Dee as reasons Dallas roster is so thin when those contracts aren't even on the books yet.

As a seahawks fan it is because of his cap hit which is 30 mil. I would love lockett to be in seattle forever but there is just no way we can afford him especially getting 30 mil in cap space to spend on the future of the team.

If they’re going to pay a guy why wouldn’t the Texans pay the guy already in Houston instead of giving up draft picks for a different receiver? I get diggs is injured and Deebo is a little younger but I can’t see the Texans giving up a 2nd+ for 1 year of deebo instead of bringing diggs back for a year or two

Hutchinson broke his tib/fib, n yes it looks terrible but its NOT. I can't think of a better season ending injury to have. If anything a guy like Hutchinson will be bigger, faster, stronger because of how we all know he'll attack the rehab. His leg will have a rod placed which will actually make his leg heal faster and it will be stronger than before.
