Pat is not better than Pitts, neither team has a good receiving core, it’s a push. Running game goes to Atlanta no question. No doubt Pittsburgh has the coaching edge and more “experienced” team however, I don’t like their o line. I’d take ATL -2.5. Also smash the under, likely the best bet.
