The play that you mentioned where there were some contention as to whether Jared Goff was down or not has been scrutinized numerous times i'd replay which had an excellent view. As stated by the commentators, if it was college football he would have been down but because this is the NFL he is not down. Very surprised this channel is so ignorant as not to mention the obvious differentiation between college rules and professional rules.

lol fair point. We know the base rule about being touched to be down but were overthinking it that it might be different as he was under center like a kneel down...but the QB has to be giving himself up intentionally for that to count.
