I've found that the easiest way to regain that romanticism and inspiration about the NFL after getting jaded betting on this rigged league is to just blast Sam Spence NFL Films tunes: Round Up, The Raiders, etc tear at my heartstrings and really activate nostalgic childlike enthusiasm for this sport. Yeah I may have busted my bankroll because I've smashed Raiders spread forgetting that I'm backing Aiden O'Connell and Antonio Pierce and not Stabler and Madden but the emotions still feel good
