I love the show and the commentary that goes along with it. The Chargers against the Patriots was ranked 6th in confidence. It appears that the Cardinals at Rams was also ranked 6th in confidence. Did I hear this correctly? A similar situation happened on the Bengals and the Colts playing the Jets - these two games are both ranked 4th. Just trying to get clarity.

That's not true. There's a strength of schedule tie breaker if the Rams win this week and lose to the Seahawks next week. The odds are extremely low that the Seahawks can win the division if the Rams beat the Cardinals, they will need the Bills and a few other teams to lose, but there is a scenario where the Rams beating the Cardinals doesn't guarantee them the division.
