Mark my words: Troy Franklin is the best overall receiver in this draft class, and will be a WR1/WR2 in his rookie season. He has everything you want from a receiver! Size, speed, hands, route running, footwork, and especially his versatility. There wasn’t a single defender that was able to shut him down this past season. As a dolphins fan I would love it if we drafted him, but we have a pretty solid WR core. So as a ducks fan I hope the chargers get him so Herbert has a fellow duck on the team and will have more than just Keenan Allen to rely on to make big plays 😅
