I think he’s going to get better with more time in the pocket. It looks like an uncomfortable pocket, hurried, but making plays.

Green Bay's coaching knew how to use Jordan love. They didn't let him hold on to the ball forever, they had him dropping back and letting go of the ball immediately Taurus Jared Goff they had him just hanging around like a statue thinking that he had all day. Once the pass rush kept coming to the Lions Ben Johnson should have came up with quicker passing plays, three-step drops and things like that

The lions defense has been exposed for about a season and a half. I can't think of hardly any games they've held anyone under 30-35 points except for a couple scrub teams here and there. Wow packers qb scouts are honestly incredible. To have 3 qbs in a row (Favre, Rodgers, Love) with absolute whips for arms and mobile enough to make plays with their legs is really incredible. Love might not have looked good the first half of the season but his arm talent he has is undeniable after this game. Green Bay QBs throw laser for bullets. I wish my Patriots had the ability to scout qb talent like their scouts do. Well done Love and Packers scouts

Hey, thanks. Love has gotten mostly criticism, but needs to play real games. His arm strength will get better; and compared to Geoff, his mobility is very good. Nobody is looking for another Farve or Rodgers, but maybe Love can become a much better than average quarterback.

Jordan Love has been playing a lot better over the last 4 weeks of the season. His accuracy is on point, and the defense put plenty of pressure on Jared Goff to make him a runner. Great game by Matt Lafluer and his coaching staff, and the Packers are still in the playoff mix with new sets of players

Love is a good QB and nearly had an above 70 completion rating with having to throw the ball away and a perfect pass dropped.

The game was lost by poor coaching decisions and fumbles, going for it on forth down and fake punts leads to one touchdowns, lost fumble cost touchdown , not kicking fieldgoals cost 6 points.

@@larryjoe1357 the majority of Detroit’s yards were because Green Bay let them have everything underneath as they were up multiple scores and didn’t want to give up giant plays. But when the defensive possessions became important, they got to Goff and forced him to either fumble or make bad throws. Detroit kept failing on 4th down because the Packers defense stepped up in those moments.

People forget that Aaron Rodgers went 6-10 in his first year starting with a team that was a field goal away from going to the Super Bowl the year prior and had 2 well established pro bowl receivers in Driver/Jennings. I knew Jordan Love just had to put the pieces together and the team in general being so young needed to grow and gain experience. You could easily see the Love had the raw tools and potential but even sitting behind Arod those few years there is no substitute for live action. Love and Watson/Doubs/Reed could be a lethal combo if they keep growing like they’ve been showing these past few weeks.

As a Packers fan this game gave me hope. Packers had 17 players out and every excuse to phone it in. They didn't though, they strapped on those big dawg boots and brought the heat to the Lions. All around minus the still too many penalties, and few baffling playcalls and mistakes, it was a great game and showed me alot about my team. Matt Lafleur was playing with house money this week and he knew it and said F it we are coming in hot. Our kicker is a cause for major concern though.

This season shows a lot of promise as a rebuilding season. Out of 11 games now played, only in one game did the defense allow more than 25 points, and that was the first game against the Lions (34). That’s one of the most respectable defensive seasons they’ve put together in years. The offense obviously is recalibrating, but it’s a very young offense, and they have a lot of growing to do, and they’re already able to put together a game like this. Love is becoming more comfortable under center, receivers like Doubs and Watkins are showing what they’re capable of, and our running game just can’t be stopped, whether it’s Jones or Dillon. If we don’t make the playoffs this year, as long as we stay healthy, I put us back on top of the division next year, for sure!

Plus they had the ball in packers territory on 4th down and chose not to kick a field goal. Bad idea. Even with Goff's fumble, the game was still 23-14. No fake punt, give the defense the benefit of doubt and they stop the next packers drive. Still 23-14, kick that field goal make it 23-17. Last minute touchdown 24-23 lions pull off a comeback win. That fake punt idea was beyond stupid and was the worst mistake in this game

There is no one miracle cure for the Lion's problems, but the lack of a pass rush is of primary concern. I was pushing for an edge to bookmark Hutchinson on the other side before the trade deadline. We have been having troulbe with mobile QB's since forever, and leaving an escape route on the opposite side of Hutch is not helping. Our O line is one of the best, and we have a very competent duo at RB with Montgomery and Gibbs. We have LaPorta, St. Brown, Jamo, and Reynolds to catch passes. But on defense we have Hutchinson and Branch. Hutch is getting double teamed and held on almost every play and Branch has not been able to be effective because the D line can't stuff the line and we have no secondary that can defend against a good passer. I believe an elite edge opposite Hutch would be a huge improvement to our pass rush, and therefore our overall ability to harass the passer. Allowing a QB 3-6 seconds to find an open receiver is asking for trouble. And the Lions have got that. They've got trouble.
