Something that seems small to one person can mean the world to someone else. You can see the pride in Steve's eyes when he saw his name on that jersey. Class act by the Raider's staff 💪🏾

Not a big emotional person but to see Steve take time out his day, after all those years of playing, and try to give back to his community, by giving us entertainment and making the fans and people laugh. No pro player in the nfl or nba has done anything like him. Hats off to the nfl, raiders, and STEVE SMITH. THE LEDGEN!

This brought me to tears, as he mentioned how his grandfather would see every Raiders game, and it reminded me of my best friend, who would always see the Kansas City, and how they became my team of choice, and to be honest, if I could say something to the Chiefs organization, it would have to be keep doing what you are doing, and to the NFL keep making the game more amazing.

This was an exciting video to find. It happens to be a flash glance into a day in the life of myself. For 4 years I was a chef in the culinary dept. at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, CA,. It's the new S.F. 49ers home, opened in 2015. It is quite a sophisticated operation of professional highly trauned chefs that work countless hours not only on game days during football season, ...but full time, year round. There are the consessions of course, but much, much more. We are the sole source for all of the levels of dining at the stadium, including high-end culinary that caters to the various Private Clubs, V.I.P.'s Only clubs, Owners Boxes, Alumni Clubs, Box Suites, Corporate Events, Corporate Executives Meetings, etc. Unfortunately this segment doesn't provide any measure of the full scale of culinary operations that take place in a major NFL stadium. Starting with the Main Culinary Kitchen below. the seating sections. Its like a seperate, unseen private world that fans never get to see going on below them. Fascinating to anyone who hasn't seen or experienced it.
