49ers defense giving up back to back 40pt games is not something you want to end the season with, they need a new defensive coordinator and special teams coach this off-season. If I were them i would be reaching out to Robert Saleh as soon as the Packers are out of the playoffs because he what they need. The run defense is horrible and they can't stop anyone.

Cardinals played better than last year, but they need to play better defense, especially against the run. Their pass rush needs improvement. On offense, the wide receivers need to get open more often. Besides that, they look great! 😂😂

I’ll say one of MANY shockers this year is the Cardinals sweeping the Niners, both teams should be great next year to continue making this division one of the most competitive ones, MHJ has a bright future I just hope Murray can get him the ball more as well as continuing to feed the ball to McBride, as for the Niners they’re gonna get Aiyuk, Mason, and Trent Williams back and hopefully CMC isn’t washed up and goes back to elite form, both these teams have bright futures

I was a huge SF fan when I was a kid and I remember being 6 and running into my room and crying when it looked like they'd lose to Dallas in the 1981 NFC championship game and then coming out for their final drive and freaking out when Dwight Clark caught what looked like a throwaway pass to me in the end zone to win the game. Now it's like looking at a dysfunctional team with dysfunctional coach again and again. It's a nightmare.

The league done messed around and gave a stacked 49ers team a top 10 draft pick. Like that injury plagued season they got Nick Bosa

Giving up 2 future first round picks (2022, 2023) to move up in the draft, and sacrificing the 3rd first round pick to get Trey Lance in 2021 has guaranteed that the 49ers will be mediocre for years to come. They actually lucked out by getting a decent QB, as good as some first-round QB picks, Purdy, on the cheap. Without this luck, the 49ers wouldn't have done so well in 2023 and 2024. Now that they will have to pay up for Purdy, the jig is up. Niners won't be winning another division for at least 3 years.

facts are that the talent they had in the super bowl was pretty underwhelming. none of the big positions the niners spent on did much. People freak out about when the qb doesnt perform well but what about all that "talent"? The cheap players performed well in the super bowl, not the expensive ones. 9ers could easily be in the superbowl next year. So why is it over if they pay Purdy? We wont have a Hargrave? Or Chase Young? Like they were anything special.
