I look at Burrow and as layed back as he is in this interview, I think he is a hyper competitive guy that works hard and isn't condescending or ego driven, he's just a great QB, he is the QB that is the face of Ohio, sorry Baker.

Young quarterbacks watching this.. pay attention to how he talked about things like balancing out his feet so we can get the ball off faster. Many years ago I was a backup at Stanford and while I didn't become a star or anything I at least understand the position and as an undersized guy with a very average arm I had to develop all kinds of little things to get the ball out more quickly to even keep up with fast receivers so take it from a guy who at least knows something that there are more ways then you think too step up your game. Working on your throwing motion, improving your balance, playing with grep, and so forth. You don't have to become faster necessarily or somehow develop a better arm when you can chip away at other things that will make up the milliseconds you might get in ways that you just can't overcome due to your genetic profile. And remember, milliseconds can make the difference between making it and not making it. I was happy to at least play a little college ball but what a life to be an NFL quarterback! And, love this Burrow!
