Reggie was better because he didn't need a scheme to enable his skills. Just brute strength and opportunity. Taylor had his opponent's respect but Reggie had 320+ lb grown men, all pro's and future hof'ers, scared to play him

1993 is probably my fav NFL season ever. Part-misty-eyed nostalgia, but I love all the great players at their peaks in this era, on many teams, and all the classic uniforms. Classic commentary pairings of Pat & Madden, Emberg & Trumpy, etc. @11:28 I love the Madden telestrations too LOL! Madden '92-'93 on Sega Genesis is probably the goat Madden too.

Notice how uncluttered the tv picture is. @6:42 there is a station identification/game info graphic that lasts about 1 second then disappears. Today, it's hard to see the program with all the logos chyrons etc etc. Today the screens are bigger, but they are made smaller with worthless graphics. Crazy.
