In simple words NFRA wants to ensure quality audit and wants none of the auditor to skip the responsibility in name of joint or parent auditor. This move will benefit big auditors as big listed companies require such audits so big audits (fees) will be handled by big professional audit firms. Ultimately it is good for economy and investors as less chances of fraud. but at the same time concepts of joint audit will reduce as there is nothing joint in it as it will become doing audit 2 times by different auditor.

Sir i really need your help i gave September 2024 unit d exams and scored 94 marks (needed 100 to pass) and received my rti copies today and in my rti copy of sm i have received 9/35 marks and my whole paper is filled with green ticks and awarding me .5 marks for a 5 marks question and my whole answer is exactly in our module language. We contacted cc members and they are not even corporative saying leave ca agar padh nahi paa rahe ho this even happened to some extent in audit and fm but in sm they just crossed every limit. I dint know what to do. I can even send you my answer sheet and September question paper
