i don't think nas has a discography as good as kendrick's, DOOM's, or 3 stacks' tbh. illmatic is obviously top tier but so are _tpab_ , _madvillainy_ , and _aquemini_ . if we are looking at their next best albums, i'd take _gkmc_ , _mm..food_ , and _atliens_ over anything else that nas has. i understand people rating nas highly because of technical ability and influence though. and his discography is at least top 7 ever in rap. i would personally just put DOOM, 3 stacks , and maybe kendrick over him. i think their technical abilities as rappers are very close to each other but prefer their discographies to nas'. but to each their own
