Hello guys,
This has to be one of the best if not the best graphic mod I have ever seen for NFS. Unlike other mods where everything is shiny, this mod provides new textures, colors, shaders and etc.. My first thought was to make Redux video and friend from discord recommended me this. Mixed with other mods, you can really get remastered feeling for NFS Carbon. Special thanks to AnderiK and of course to creator of this mod StrelitziaReg. Hope you like it.

I like the texture quality in this modification. But here's what I can't understand: why is the lighting so yellow? I much prefer the cold blue lighting from the original. If it can be configured somehow, then yes, this is the best I've seen so far for Carbon. Anyway, it's nice to see that people still remember my favorite game and create modifications for it.)

The blue lighting is mostly the filter of the game that can be turned off from the settings like most wanted has,so he might be not using it with the mod he shows.

The visuals gives that NFS 2015 city and underground 1 & 2 city vibes. It looks beautifully scenic. The blue-ish filter is nice at the time and I know it was the aesthetic preference the devs wanted. But for me, it wore off overtime (unlike underground 1 & 2's aesthetics that I still admire to this day) plus it generally made city lights less prominent and less defined cause of the monotonous look. It sort of blended in with the strong filter, everything had a bluish to white tone or tend to look like there's way too much concrete. This type of look suits the night vibe a lot more, objects (buildings, props, vistas, etc.) are more noticeable, dark areas blend pretty well, environment/city lights are more prominent, and colors of certain materials especially buildings became much more defined. To a degree, it has a closer look to real life city night times. For me atleast.

I've actually played my copy of NFS Carbon with this Apex modpack, and I've got to say that it really transformed the game, as a whole, it looks like a remaster or remake that EA would do, not only that, but it also looks better than any modern NFS, bar none, all thanks to these genius minds that made this mod. I would not replay the game without this mod, no sir.

Как же хочется очутиться прям на этой картинке за рулём Viper SRT-10, на столько здесь, красивые локации, которые тебя кидают обратно в 2006-е года и заполнены они, простыми, но приятными глазу дверными и магазинными вывесками, которые в то время выглядили красиво и привлекали моё внимание гораздо лучше. А ещё там был не забываемый шарм того ночного города в котором почти каждая его локация была интересна, чтобы просто не спеша прокатиться по ней. Взять к примеру мою любимую, университет! Может с моих слов это кажется песней радости задрота, но я действительно ,что о таких стареньких и многими любимых играх не забывают)

What this game needs now is a lighting update, i prefer the cold blue light over the yellow, but if we somehow can get a better lighting system to work on Carbon with these textures, the game will look much better than Heat, hell, i actually got my game to work with NFS World shading style and better textures, it looked amazing to see and to drive around in. (To better clarify, i prefer the blue lights insides the city, it gives it it's own tone, however, i like the yellow lights in the canyon roads, it fits as if the city is more advanced and taken cared of than the canyon roads)

Even the driving/handling model feels nice, cars has characters in vanilla game, this mod makes it a lot better! But can it ran 60FPS with old i5 + GT 1030? Played NFS World (SBRW) lately, graphics at max settings (vanilla) are nice + 8x AA (from the driver), but the driving feels hollow tho.

This city is beatiful. The game has good foundation in graphics. It actually looks better than U2, MW, Prostreet, Undercover, Unleashed, Rivals. But if put against HP2011(more variety and more weather and more detail), the Run(better lighting and detail), MW2013(more detail and higher reflection), NFS2015(top realism and relfection and weather), Heat(better everything), Carbon won't prevail. But I don't know about Unbound and Payback, as they are so underwhelming, maybe they are on par with Carbon.
