After completing 100% of the game, I went back and compete again with the three bosses in canyon in stacked deck. Man I'm overtaking them in the first straight with my Tuned Viper. I love it when it happens.!

After exotic career I did tuner and muscle ones. I figured that defeating Darius with tuner cars is way harder, maybe because of my 'speed and power' driving style. I used Honda NSX in NFS Carbon Redux. Best tuner car with ok acceleration, good speed, and wonderful handling.

In terms of acceleration for sure Viper is slightly better because of the big V10. But the rear end is very loose and it drifts too much because of the savage power it has. The Corvette though has A BIT slower acceleration but the overall handling and grip is so much better than the Viper. Since because it is a better all rounder it costs more than the Viper.

Take a tuning car, even tier 2. Set full torque, full accelerate, full oversteer. With those settings, you can overtake Darius by 3:02 in this long corner you have insane throttle and steer, meanwhile he has to slow down to avoid the wall.

I did that with grip tires if I remember well. But I don't think tire settings matter that much, maybe drift tires just require a bit more skill if you don't want to fully oversteer and hit the inner wall.You just need to handle the previous turn to pre-gain as much speed as possible. The car settings will do the rest of the work during the huge turn that makes Darius's weak spot.

An exotic cannot turn as tight as a tuner. You might hit the exterior wall with an exotic. I definitely recommand a tuner for this.

It is actually not false, muscle cars do have insane throttle and difficult handling. Asian cars are good at steering and often modified for better handling. Exotics are just balanced, but heavy. Car classes are actually legit in my opinion.

Carbon's dialogue is so...boring. One boss tells you "i'm so tough, you can't beat me" bla bla bla. Then you win by overtake and they drive up to you and are like "I let you win" "ughh" and something like that. At least in Most Wanted the trash talk is more .. intimidating? Vic calls you and tells you to bow out like a good dog. I mean he's easy, but damn, that's scawy.

It's pretty funny being able to do a burnout and shift up to 6th gear with the wheels still spinning. I chose to try something I thought wouldnt work by setting the engine and supercharger to low rpm and the transmission to acceleration and then the suspension and tires to be slidey and apparently it makes a really hard to control drift viper that is basically useless in first gear. (If you choose to do this, use manual transmission and immediately shift into 2nd at the start and dont even go back to 2nd unless its a really sharp corner)
