@@AngelicaFanGirl make sure you have the disable pursuit mod active. Then get some cop cars and voila it's done. And you should stay on Heat 0 so the Cop AI won't pursue you.

I love the police in nfs games my favorite police car is the crown Victoria i love them in nfs heat but tbh I don’t like to police Sargent in the police force in heat or that woman I just like the police officers in the game they say good things like for example my favorite part is when they say “QUIET RUNNING” I love it when they say that I respect the police in that game alright! 🫡
