You can find it in NFS Police HQ. It is called Playstation version

Hi, the sirens are the PlayStation version I cannot remember where I downloaded it from specifically but do try both the NFS Police HQ and NFS Addon websites. If I got it from NFS Cars then unfortunately that site is no longer available :(
