A glitch in the game is in a interceptor If you go and pause and then enter camera mode or something right as you are busting a racer then the game will glitch out and will do the normal busting stuff but then you will have to resume the pursuit and you will know this is happening if the timer is still running or you can cause another glitch by during a hot pursuit drop a spike strip that a racer would hit and then crash your car which will cause them to immediately repair to max health or the helicopter hitting you on Grand Ocean road and probably other ones
