You can do so for all the cars. In my play through the moment I unlocked the Supra, I used the performance markers to unlock junkman parts and tune it up to the point it had a higher top speed and acceleration than the bmw

Nice one man. Another hint for NFS Carbon: If you start the career with f.e. Tuners, your crew members will talk shit about you driving a Muscle/Exotic Car when cops appear in the race. "Of course they know it's you! With your brick of Muscle Car..." "I hate that Muscle Car if yours... only good for attracting cops." "Why do you have to drive that Exotic... every cop in the city recognizes that thing." It's funny what they say. I'd love it if you tried that out! :D

You can't be in a cool down hiding spot when it pops up. If you are, you have to leave the area (all the way out of the carwash for this one) then re-enter and it'll activate.
